    Review and set-up of a component content management system (Australia):
    Working with an IT provider to configure the design and architecture of a component content management system to publish clinical guidelines.

    Leadership and participation in a team coordinating the revision and production of electronic and paper based versions of Primary Health Care Manuals.

2013-2014:
  • Development of Key Hospital Policies (Australia):
    I led the development of a policy defining public hospital beds that could inform hospital bed counts and bed occupancy calculations.

  • Coordination of information relating to National Agreements and Funding issues (Australia):
    I led the coordination and collation of information relation to all health funding provided by the Federal Government to a jurisdiction in Australia.

2012-2013:
  • Development of advanced Hospital Performance Indicators (Australia):
    I led projects that involved development of complex and sophisticated data-sets to monitor hospital performance and patient safety.

    Hospital Pharmacy Information System(Australia):
    I led a successful application to obtain funding to set up a new hospital pharmacy information system.

2011-2012:
  • Acute Care Policy and Program Management (Australia):
    This period involved formulating several policies for regional hospitals in an Australian jurisdiction. It also involved developing implementation plans for the introduction of major hospital programs in the jurisdiction.

2010-2011:
  • Public Health Analysis and Business Planning (New Zealand):
    I led the business planning for a major public health organisation in the capital of New Zealand. I was also involved in public health data analysis and program management during this period.

 2009-2010:
  • Population Health Program Management (New Zealand):
    I project managed the implementation of a major population health plan in largely a very urban area of New Zealand.

2007-2009:
  • Population Health Program Management (New Zealand):
    During this period I was involved with introduction of major population health programs such as Before School Check program and HPV Immunisation Program in a very rural and remote part of New Zealand.

2006:
  • Surveillance Capacity Assessment (Europe):
    I worked with WHO-Europe to prepare a questionnaire to assess surveillance capacity of various countries in the European region.

2003-2005:
  • Primary Care Practice Manager (New Zealand):
    Assisted in the management of a urban primary medicine practice in New Zealand. This experience including conducting clinical Diabetes Audits and setting up the Information Management System for the practice.

2001-2002:
  • Primary Health Care and Specialist Outreach Campaign (India):
I was responsible for organising outreach programs to rural and remote parts of the Kolar District, Karnataka State, India. This was undertaken through a Community Medicine Framework.

  • Mass Immunisation Program (India):
I led teams to provide pulse polio mass immunisation programs in urban areas of Kolar District, Karnataka State, India.
